Your Couples & Relationship Therapy Experience

Relationship therapy supports partners, couples, and relationships of many kinds. We focus on what’s happening between you—communication patterns, emotional safety, boundaries, trust, and the moments that trigger disconnection.

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin. Some people come during a rough season; others come because they want to feel closer, repair after tension, or stop repeating the same argument in different forms.
The goal is not perfection—it’s steadier connection, clearer communication, and repair that lasts.

communicate without escalating, feel more understood, rebuild trust, navigate change together, or create healthier boundaries and teamwork.

This space is for you if you want to…

How it Works

    • My approach is inclusive, structured, and practical, with a strong focus on emotional safety. Sessions are guided and paced with care so both people have space—and the work stays grounded, respectful, and productive.

    • Depending on your goals, we may blend skills-building (communication, boundaries, repair), pattern mapping, nervous-system awareness, and practical tools you can use between sessions. We focus on creating change you can feel in everyday moments—not just insight in the room.

  • Communication that keeps going in circles
    Conflict escalation or emotional shutdown
    Disconnection / “roommate” feeling
Repair after a rupture in trust
Boundaries with family, work, or life stress
Transitions (parenthood, relocation, major life changes)
    Emotional intimacy and closeness
    Building teamwork and shared decision-making

  • Sessions are [60 / 75 / 90] minutes and offered [online / in-person / both].

    • Book — Choose a time through the booking link below (or reach out if you’re unsure what option fits best).

    • First session — We’ll clarify what brought you in, what each person wants, and choose a steady starting focus.

    • Ongoing rhythm — We’ll meet weekly or biweekly and build new patterns over time—practicing tools, strengthening repair, and tracking progress.

  • Relationship therapy can be a good fit if you want support that’s respectful and structured—and you’re willing to try small changes, even when conversations feel hard.

If you’re unsure, start with a consultation. We’ll talk through goals, readiness, and what kind of support feels safest and most helpful right now.

If there are ongoing safety concerns, intimidation, or fear in the relationship, a different level of support may be recommended.

FAQs

1) Do we have to be in crisis to start?

No.

Many people come to improve communication, strengthen connection, and prevent small issues from becoming larger over time.

2) What if we keep having the same argument?

That’s one of the most common reasons people seek relationship therapy. We’ll identify the cycle underneath the conflict and practice new ways to respond and repair.

3) Is this only for married partners?

Not at all.

Relationship therapy can support partners of all kinds — dating, engaged, married, long-term, or nontraditional relationship structures. We tailor the work to your goals and your relationship values.
